All purchases are processed by Paddle as the Merchant of Record. As a Consumer, you have the right to cancel within 14 days. However, by accessing digital content you acknowledge that your right to cancel is lost. Subscriptions auto-renew — cancel at least 48 hours before renewal to avoid being charged. No refunds on unused subscription periods.
All payments on My Pet Generator are processed by Paddle.com, who acts as the Merchant of Record and authorised reseller. Paddle handles billing, invoicing, tax collection, and refunds on our behalf. By completing a purchase, you also agree to Paddle's Consumer Terms and Conditions.
If you are a Consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period expires 14 days from the day after your transaction is completed.
To cancel, contact us at hello@mypetgenerator.com before the 14-day period expires. Paddle will reimburse all payments received, no later than 14 days after we are informed of your decision, using the same payment method as your original transaction.
Note: for subscription services, the right to cancel applies only following the initial subscription and not upon each automatic renewal.
Your right to cancel does not apply to digital content (quiz results, name generation, care plans) that you have already accessed. By accessing the content immediately after purchase, you acknowledge that you lose your statutory right of withdrawal. This is in accordance with Paddle's Consumer Terms and EU/UK digital content law.
Outside the 14-day window, refunds are provided at the sole discretion of Paddle on a case-by-case basis and may be refused. Paddle will refuse a refund if there is evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behaviour.
This does not affect your rights as a Consumer in relation to products which are not as described, faulty, or not fit for purpose. If technical problems prevent or unreasonably delay delivery of the product, your remedy is either replacement or a refund of the price paid, as determined by Paddle.

The All-In-One Plan ($5.99/month) is a Paid Subscription that automatically renews until cancelled. To cancel, contact us at least 48 hours before the end of your current billing period, providing your order number and purchase email. Your cancellation takes effect at the next payment date.

If you were charged sales tax and are registered for sales tax in your country of purchase, you may be entitled to a refund of that amount. You must contact us within 60 days of purchase with a valid sales tax registration number. Requests received after 60 days will not be processed.
Please contact us at hello@mypetgenerator.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We respond within 1 business day and can usually resolve issues directly. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in suspension of access and may be reported to Paddle.
