My Pet Generator is an online pet personality matching service. We help you discover which pets suit your lifestyle through a quiz, and offer supplementary tools including a Name Generator and Care Plan Generator.
The Service is provided for informational and entertainment purposes. Our recommendations are suggestions based on your quiz answers — they are not professional veterinary or behavioural advice. Always consult a qualified professional before acquiring a pet.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with or without notice.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission.
Paid features are available on a one-time or subscription basis. All payments are processed by Paddle.com, our authorised Merchant of Record. Paddle handles billing, invoicing, applicable taxes, and refunds on our behalf. By completing a purchase, you also agree to Paddle's Consumer Terms and Conditions.
The All-In-One Plan ($5.99/month) is a Paid Subscription that automatically renews until cancelled. To cancel, you must notify us at least 48 hours before the end of the current billing period. Cancellation takes effect at the next payment date. There are no refunds on unused subscription periods.
One-time feature unlocks (Name Generator $1.99, TOP 5 results $2.99, Care Plan $2.99) are charged at the time of purchase. As a Consumer, you have the right to cancel within 14 days — however, by accessing digital content you acknowledge that your right to cancel is lost. Please review our Refund Policy for full details.
Product prices may change at any time. We will notify you of any price changes to your active subscription before they take effect.
All content on My Pet Generator — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, quiz questions, algorithms, and code — is owned by or licensed to My Pet Generator and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, download, display, post, or transmit any part of the Service without our prior written permission, except as permitted by applicable law for personal, non-commercial use.
Your quiz results and generated content (names, care plans) are yours to use personally. You may share your results on social media with appropriate attribution.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content or results generated by the Service. Pet matching results are based on your self-reported answers and are intended as general guidance only.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, My Pet Generator and its owners, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service — including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $10 USD, whichever is greater.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to My Pet Generator's place of business, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or, where arbitration is not permitted, in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
